Amazing store! Stopped in today and had a great expeirence - not sure why there are negative reviews - it is a beauty supply store and not a salon. Was impressed by the selection of supplies, specifically the gel polishes - a library of selection, so many wonderful colours to choose from. I was assisted by Tam, who was very firendly and helpful! I will definitely be back again! thank you Flex Nails & Beauty Superstore!!

This place is usually my go-to for several nail products and waxing. They have reasonable prices and a fairly wide selection. This is a wholesale place where you need certificates in order to purchase. It is also always over stuffed. It is not wheelchair accessible due to this. Staff are typically friendly enough and efficient.

I feel like most of these reviews are fake. Bad customer service, the place is crowded, filthy, unorganized, and they sell their own concoction of unlabeled monomer that has a wretched strong smell. Strong smells usually indicate MMA in there. And they carry over priced, used salon furniture.
